How Warehouse Pickup Works
- Order online. Select "Warehouse Pickup" as your delivery option on any eligible Katool product. Pickup pricing is automatic at checkout.
- We coordinate with the warehouse. Within 1 business day we confirm your pickup slip and email you the warehouse address, hours, and what to bring.
- Pick up at your chosen location. Bring a flatbed truck or trailer (forklift loading included). Inspect before you sign. Drive home with the equipment.
Damage at pickup? Don't load it. Photo + video at the warehouse, call (866) 412-1837, we file the freight claim before you leave the lot.

How much can I save?
$250 to $1,300 per order, depending on the SKU and delivery distance you'd otherwise pay for. The exact savings show on every Katool product page when you toggle "Warehouse Pickup."
Which warehouse should I choose?
Closest one to your shop or home. We'll confirm stock availability at your chosen location after you order. If your closest warehouse is OOS we'll offer the next-closest at no extra charge.
What do I need to pick up my equipment?
(1) Pickup slip (we email it 24–48h after order). (2) Government photo ID matching the slip name. (3) A flatbed truck, trailer, or freight company terminal-pickup agent. The warehouse loads it onto your vehicle with a forklift — no labor fee.
Can I send a freight company to pick up for me?
Yes. Tell us the carrier name when you order so we can put their dispatcher on the pickup slip. Common option for customers more than 200 miles from a warehouse.
What if my equipment is damaged on pickup?
Don't load it. Take 360° photo + video at the warehouse, call (866) 412-1837 immediately, we file the freight claim before you leave. Damage discovered after you've left the lot is a separate claim process — that's why inspecting at the warehouse matters.
Pickup vs delivery — which is right for me?
Pickup if: you have a flatbed/trailer or freight account, you're within reasonable driving distance of a warehouse, you want to inspect before you pay. Delivery if: you don't have loading equipment, you're 500+ miles from any warehouse, you'd rather absorb the freight cost than make the trip. Both options are available on every Katool SKU; the price difference is what's printed on the product page.
How long can my equipment sit at the warehouse before I pick up?
48 hours from when the pickup slip is issued. Storage fees apply after that. Schedule your pickup window when you order to avoid surprises.
