InnovDepot is the curated depot for professionals: auto shop owners, contractors, builders, and commercial operators. Ordering & Processing

How long does order processing take?
Standard in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom-configured equipment (4-post lifts with accessories, commercial HVAC units, combined freight orders) processes in 2–5 business days. You receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

How do I check order status?
Every order gets a tracking link by email. You can also call our US support team at (866) 412-1837 or email support@innovdepot.com — response within 24 business hours.

Shipping & Freight

How is heavy equipment shipped?
Car lifts, alignment machines, forklifts, and oversized appliances ship LTL freight. Smaller items (shop tools, accessories, compact grills) ship UPS/FedEx Ground. Every freight shipment includes curbside delivery by default.

Do I need a forklift or loading dock?
Most 2-post and 4-post lifts ship on a 20ft pallet and need either (a) a forklift on site, (b) a commercial loading dock, or (c) a liftgate add-on ($150–$300). We'll coordinate delivery logistics with you after the order is placed — including liftgate, inside delivery, and appointment scheduling if needed.

Free shipping?
Yes — free commercial shipping across the continental US on most car lifts, alignment machines, and qualifying heavy equipment. Residential addresses may have a surcharge. Exclusions apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international.

Warehouse pickup?
Yes. Katool (NJ), AuxxLift (SC), Summit (NY), Atlas (CA, OH), EKKO (CA, NJ) — pickup available at supplier warehouses. Save on freight. Contact support to schedule.

Damaged or Missing Items

My equipment arrived damaged.
Photograph the damage at delivery (freight bill-of-lading must be noted as damaged before signing). Email photos to support@innovdepot.com within 48 hours. We coordinate replacement or repair directly with the manufacturer — typically shipped within 3–5 business days after claim approval. Manufacturer warranty covers defects beyond shipping damage.

Missing shipment.
Check with freight carrier first using your BOL number, then contact support. Delivered items sometimes get routed to a shop receiving bay or neighboring address. If truly lost in transit, we file a claim and ship a replacement immediately.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty: Every item we sell ships with full manufacturer warranty. Most lifts carry 2–5 year structural warranties. See Brand Warranties for specifics.

Returns: Industrial equipment has limited return eligibility due to freight costs. See our Return Policy for details. We work with you on any issue — call us before returning.

Payment & Financing

Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and ACH for orders over $5,000. Processing via Stripe (PCI-compliant).

Financing: Available via Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, and commercial lease options (Ascentium, Balboa) for qualified businesses. See Financing & Payment Options.

Tax-exempt / B2B purchasing: Submit resale certificate to support@innovdepot.com — we set up tax-exempt commercial accounts for shops, contractors, and fleet operators.

International Orders & Customs

We ship to Canada and internationally on request. Customs, duties, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility. Contact support for an international freight quote before ordering.
