Once an order is placed on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email from support@innovdepot.com notifying you about your most recent purchase.
As soon as your order is received, our team specializes and processes your order with our manufacturers and suppliers to confirm that the item you bought has available stock and is ready for immediate shipment.
Once confirmed and ready for shipment, your order will be processed and it usually takes us 2-3 business days for process the orders. Once your order is processed, shipment usually takes 5-10 business days for the orders to arrive to our customers after being shipped from our warehouses.
Order Shipment
If your order is received and is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we usually ship the item(s) within 2-3 business days. Tracking information will be provided to the customer within 24 hours of the order being dispatched from the warehouse. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided by the customer when they checked out.

If your order is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you via email and get in contact to see if a replacement item that is ready can be replaced with the original item. Customers are eligible for 100% refund to their original payment method if the order is placed but there is no stock ready for immediate shipment and they wish to cancel the order.
Additional Information You May Need To Know
- We do not accept PO Boxes as address. If you submit a PO Box as your address, we usually will contact you within 24 hours and see if you have an alternate address. If there are no alternate addresses, we may void the order and refund to your original payment method.
- Please note large items ship freight and will require a delivery appointment scheduled before the item is delivered to you. We will be in contact via email under these circumstances.
- All our warehouses and manufacturers are located in the USA. This means that all item(s) will be shipped from the US via UPS, USPS or FEDEX or other freight carriers for larger packaged item(s). For international deliveries, we may use DHL. For larger orders, we use a custom freight carrier and shipping updates will be notified to customers at all times via email.
Delivery Time
Once the tracking information is sent to your email, it usually takes about 5-10 business days for your item(s) to arrive to you. Delivery times may vary depending on location and brand so please contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns..
Once your order is confirmed, your order is automatically placed in a batch of orders for the day that our team processes. The processing time of these orders is the duration in which it takes for your submitted order to leave our warehouses across the country. Usually, our processing time takes 2-3 business days, which means it takes 2-3 days for our product(s) to leave the warehouses after receiving your order confirmation.
If there are any additional time required to process your order, the customer will be notified immediately to confirm the delivery period.
Once your order has been processed and leaves our facilities, we usually send you an update email along with your tracking number within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for our tracking system to update with your order information.
Shipping time is calculated when your order leaves our warehouses and when it arrives to your address. Therefore, shipping time can vary from 5-10 business days, depending on your location and weight of the item. How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of the order simply go to our Track Your Order page. On this page, please provide your tracking number or you can provide your tracking number and order number as well. If your information does not show up in our system, don't panic. It usually takes 1-2 business days for your tracking to update in our system after it has been shipped and it's completely normal.
Usually, it takes 2-3 days to process your order and another 1-2 business days for your tracking to update in our system so please be patient when inputting your information in the system. Your order is most likely on its way to you even if the system hasn't fully updated yet. If your tracking information does not show up and you want more information on your order, simply contact us at support@innovdepot.com.
Did your item get damaged upon arrival or is defective?
If for any reason your item arrives and is faulty or has broken from transit, please send evidence to us at support@innovdepot.com immediately with evidence provided. We usually request for 3-5 images or a video, so please expect to submit evidence if asked of you via email.
Once your evidence has been identified and approved, we will send you back a replacement item(s) the following business day. Return shipping label costs or scheduled pickup will be covered by us if the item is arrived damaged. Please allow us 24-72 hours to get back to you as well as 5-10 business days for the replacement item to arrive to you after we respond to you via email.
WHY IS THERE SHIPPING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH MY ORDER?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be times that the vendor of your order may incur an additional charge on your item(s) due to the specific region of where you are shipping your order to. If that, or for any other reason, such may incur, we will reach out to you to quickly alert you of the additional fees associated with your order.
Under these circumstances, you are eligible for a full refund with your order if you choose to not proceed with your order or you may choose to add it to your costs in which we will send you an invoice via email or reach out to you over the phone. If you have any additional questions on incurring additional shipping fees, feel free to contact us by email or phone for further clarification.
What happens if the item was never received?
Please allow up to 5-10 business days after your tracking code on our system has been updated for your item to arrive to you. In other words, please wait 5-10 business days after you receive an email from us saying your item has been shipped to you, before starting your count. In addition, please go to your email and search our email address "support@innovdepot.com" to see if we contacted you on shipping delays. Please also check your spam folder.
If you have not received any shipping delay emails from us, and it has been more than 10 business days since the tracking code has been updated from an email you received, please contact us at support@innovdepot.com immediately so that we can locate your shipment and fix all immediate issues we can with your order.
If the package on your tracking number says "Delivered" and the zip code address matches your zip code, please check and ask your neighbors or check any areas you may have missed or where the postal service could have dropped off your package. If you still are unable to find traces of your item, we will give you a one-time free pass and we will ship a replacement item back to you the following business day. However, if we start noticing a pattern of suspicious activities of "missing items" coming from you or your address of more than 1-2 times, we have the right to deny your missing item request after the one-time pass.
If you wish to cancel your order or receive a refund, we will give extend the refund back to your original payment method. Please note, a 3% credit card transaction fee will be applied.
If the package on your tracking number says "Delivered" and the zip code does not match the address we have for you on file, then we will get a new exchange item sent to you immediately. InnovDepot will take all responsibility for shipping costs and will send out a replacement item the following business if your item is processed as "missing" at no extra cost.
