- Ships from a US warehouse. Carriers are UPS, USPS or FedEx, or a freight carrier on large items.
- This is a freight item. The carrier calls you to book a delivery appointment before it arrives. Delivery is curbside — plan to have help or equipment to move it, and note that installation is not included.
- Inspect it before you sign. If the freight is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and refuse it. Email support@innovdepot.com the same day with photos (we usually need 3–5) and we replace it.
