First and foremost, let me state that I enjoy cooking, and this range continues to wow me every time I use it.

Lovely, but VERY LOUD

Overall, we are pleased with our recent purchase, however one big concern is the noise level of the cooling fan. It activates while the unit is preheating and may last up to 40 minutes!! When the oven is switched off, it sounds like you're on an aircraft. We had a technician come out, and he stated this is typical because the unit components are cooling. But, for something with this high a price tag, I'm surprised the consumer would like cooking with this noisy fan on for such an extended period of time. Our kitchen flows into our family room, and the fan is so loud that you have to turn up the level to hear it on the television.

Breathtaking!

I just received mine two weeks ago and I can't quit playing with it! It's lovely and really simple to clean. It is ideal for baking in. It browns and crisps equally every time. I had trouble getting the burners to go from really hot to simmer at first. It wasn't particularly smooth, and the simmer was a little higher in certain places. The top section wasn't correctly attached before, but it's now excellent. It is both beautiful and powerful! It's the best of both worlds. It definitely is a show-stopper. It's fantastic!
