When paired with the accompanying air handler (sold separately) this ductless system requires no destruction of walls or ceilings like traditional HVAC systems so you benefit from less of a mess and reduced installation costs.

The included installation kit comes with pre-charged refrigerant lines that do not require special tools or training for a truly DIY installation experience. The Gold Fin condenser is corrosion-resistant and keeps the heat and noise of the refrigeration system kept to the outdoors for an overall more comfortable operation. With 23,000 BTU of cooling and 25,000 BTU of heating power, this unit is capable of heating/cooling an area up to 1,000 sq. ft. This unit requires a 208-230V electrical connection for operation.

When in HEAT mode, the unit will decrease the temperature by 2°F after 1 hour, and will decrease an additional 2°F after another hour.After 7 hours operating in SLEEP mode, the system will switch off automatically.
