It is working great but arrived damaged

I wasn't happy with how it arrived at first. The lid was bent, and the box was substantially damaged. I believe that it was damaged during delivery as I also do not like the attitude of the guy who dropped it. However, I'm rather skilled, and the damage was only minor. I had to use it in an upcoming family gathering, so I took the time to gently tap the bends out with my tools. I adore this grill, and despite how well it has performed, I still called the vendor to get it fixed. Thank goodness they paid attention and refunded me.
