Warranty Conditions:

• Claims must be made within the warranty period

• Non-transferable; original order number and purchase from us or a registered vendor required

• Replacement parts and shipping are free of charge

• All claims are subject to approval by our warranty/service department

• Photos or videos of defects may be requested

• Do not disassemble equipment before diagnosis

• Warranty does not cover labor

• Out-of-warranty equipment is the buyer’s responsibility (including parts and shipping)
