Katool offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against product defects, free of charge.

A 2-year extended warranty plan is available for all Katool and M&E automotive equipment.

Warranty Includes:

• Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc.

• Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.

Warranty Conditions:

• Claims must be made within the warranty period.

• Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number, purchased from our company or a registered vendor.

• Replacement parts are provided at no cost, including free shipping.

Important Notes:

• All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.

• Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.

• Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.

• Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.

• Labor is not included in the warranty.
