Refrigerators

Your refrigerator runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — it’s the hardest-working appliance in your kitchen and the one that should match the quality of the rest of your setup. InnovDepot carries refrigerators from ZLINE, Forno, and Thor Kitchen in French door, side-by-side, bottom freezer, and column configurations. Available in standard depth and counter-depth profiles, with stainless steel, black stainless, and panel-ready options. Every refrigerator ships free across the continental United States with full manufacturer warranty.

Refrigerator Types

French door refrigerators are the most popular layout for modern kitchens — two narrow doors on top for the refrigerator section, a pull-out freezer drawer on the bottom. This design maximizes fridge-level storage at eye height and fits narrower kitchen openings since each door swings half as wide as a traditional single-door unit. Side-by-side models split fridge and freezer vertically with equal-width doors — ideal for kitchens where a full-width door swing is tight. Column refrigerators are full-height, single-function units (all-fridge or all-freezer) designed for built-in installations and large kitchen layouts. Bottom freezer models put fresh food at eye level with a traditional freezer compartment below.

ZLINE Refrigerators

ZLINE refrigerators bring the same premium stainless steel construction and modern design language that ZLINE is known for across their appliance lineup. The French door models feature fingerprint-resistant stainless steel, LED interior lighting, humidity-controlled crisper drawers, and adjustable spill-proof shelving. ZLINE also offers panel-ready column refrigerators for fully integrated kitchen designs — the refrigerator panel matches your cabinetry for a seamless look.

Forno Refrigerators

Forno’s refrigerator lineup includes Italian-named collections (Moena, Maderno, Gallipoli, Guardia, Rizzuto, Salerno) spanning French door, side-by-side, and bottom freezer configurations. Available in stainless steel, black, and white finishes. The Forno Moena 36-inch French door is a popular mid-range choice — counter-depth profile, dual-zone cooling, and a through-the-door ice and water dispenser. The Forno brand extends beyond kitchen appliances, making it easy to build a fully coordinated kitchen with matching ranges, hoods, and dishwashers from the same manufacturer.

Counter-Depth vs Standard Depth

Counter-depth refrigerators are built 24 to 25 inches deep (excluding handles) to sit flush with standard kitchen counters and cabinetry. They cost more per cubic foot of capacity but deliver a built-in look without the built-in price tag. Standard depth units are 30 to 36 inches deep and offer 20-30% more interior storage, but they protrude past the counter line. For open-concept kitchens where the refrigerator is visible from the living area, counter-depth is usually the better aesthetic choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size refrigerator do I need?

Measure your existing space — width, height, and depth — before ordering. The most common residential sizes are 30-inch (compact kitchens), 33-inch (standard), and 36-inch (full-size). For capacity, plan 4-6 cubic feet per household member as a baseline. A family of four typically needs 16-22 cubic feet of total refrigerator/freezer capacity.

Do InnovDepot refrigerators include water line installation?

Delivery includes placing the refrigerator in your kitchen. Water line connection for ice makers and dispensers requires a plumber or handyman — it’s a simple hookup if you already have a water supply line behind the fridge location. Contact us at (205) 383-7622 if you have questions about installation requirements for a specific model.

The service from InnovDepot was excellent. There were some issues with the trucking company not delivering the order the day it was expected. Innovdepot stayed in contact with the trucking company and kept me up to date. Innovdepot was proactive in every area of my order. From the time of my first contact with them to the follow up after delivery, they stayed in contact and made sure everything went as it should. The hoist I ordered arrived in perfect shape and was exactly as they stated it would be. Innovdepot answered my questions quickly throughout the process. Any time Innovdepot has a product I need, I will be ordering it from them!

Bought after research, really happy

Kitchen remodel decision matrix: Bosch SHXM4AY55N at $749 vs this Thor HDW2401SS at $1,104. Paid more for the Thor because we were going all-Thor in the kitchen and wanted brand consistency. Not disappointed. 45 dBA is quiet but not silent — think refrigerator hum. Cleans spectacularly. Energy Star rating matters for our all-electric utility.

No more overhead microwave reaching

My wife is 5'2" and was tired of reaching up over the range to pull out hot pasta. We moved the microwave to a drawer under our island. This Capoliveri fits the 24-inch cabinet opening perfectly. Kids can now microwave their own leftovers safely. The drawer action is smooth — feels more premium than I expected. Took me 40 minutes to install with the included trim kit.

Clean integrated look for our custom hood

We built a custom oak cabinet over our range and wanted a liner that disappeared inside. This XLH36 was perfect for the job — stainless liner, powerful motor, gesture controls (so no hunting for buttons buried behind cabinet face). Contractor installed in half a day. Heat sensing auto-boosts the fan when we're searing — nice touch we didn't know we needed.

Replacing 15-year-old GE — no regrets

We bought our house in 2010 and the builder-grade GE hood finally gave up the ghost. My wife wanted black appliances for our new kitchen remodel and this was the only 30-inch pyramid we could find in matte black. Installed it myself on a Saturday — took about 3 hours including running the new 7-inch duct. The 800 CFM is overkill for our small kitchen but that means we never have to run it on high. Neighbors asked where we got it when they saw it.

Small kitchen, quiet dishwasher = dream combo

Live in a 650 sqft condo in Seattle with open-concept kitchen/living. My old dishwasher was unbearable during Netflix nights. This Forno Pozzo at 45 dBA is genuinely the quietest appliance we own. Read 23 reviews before buying and they were right — cleans well, doesn't leak, runs silent. Installed it myself with a YouTube tutorial and Forno's installation PDF.

Mom of 3, this dishwasher saved my sanity

I have three kids ages 4, 7, and 11. Our old Frigidaire was loud enough to wake the baby from nap and still left glasses cloudy. Switched to this Thor TDW24C7 last fall and everything changed. At 47 dBA I genuinely forget it's running. The Open Dry function actually dries plastic — my old dishwasher required towel-drying every single Tupperware lid. The third rack is perfect for our long cooking utensils and baby bottles. My husband didn't want to spend the money but it's one of our best purchases this year.

When ordering make sure to ask for a detailed instructions. They do have them just not sent with lifts. If having delivered to a residential address, make sure you let them know the trucking company needs to let you know the day and a guesstimate of time when delivery will be.

Costumer service was A++.
