Great product and great customer service.

This is a beautiful shower system and good quality. After installation We had a need for an extended part and contacted customer service who responded immediately and the new part was delivered within a few days. I would definitely do business with them again.

Rust started to appear

We really love this shower head however after almost a month of use, I started seeing rust on the shower head. I already contacted the manufacturer about it since it should be under the warranty. I already sent photos of the problem and is still waiting for an update regarding a replacement.
