Thor Kitchen sets a minimum advertised price, so this is the same price every authorized dealer shows. We compete on service instead: freight handled properly, honest lead times, and a specialist who picks up the phone.
Talk to a real specialist about pricing, freight and lead time. Mon to Fri 9AM to 9PM ET, Sat and Sun 10AM to 6PM ET. Call or text (866) 412-1837.
Shipping & delivery on this item
- Leaves the warehouse in 2 to 3 business days. You get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Then 5–10 business days in transit. Times vary by distance and weight.
- Ships from a US warehouse. Carriers are UPS, USPS or FedEx, or a freight carrier on large items.
- This is a freight item. The carrier calls you to book a delivery appointment before it arrives. Delivery is curbside — plan to have help or equipment to move it, and note that installation is not included.
- Inspect it before you sign. If the freight is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and refuse it. Email support@innovdepot.com the same day with photos (we usually need 3–5) and we replace it.
- We cannot deliver to a PO Box.
Need it by a certain date, or not ready for delivery yet? Call (866) 412-1837 — in most cases we can hold the item and start processing later. Full shipping policy
