It is lovely, with several settings for various sorts of heating. I like the sturdy grates.

6 burners

Even on low, the fan pulls the flame from the burners, which bothers me. It causes uneven heat, which is most noticeable while browning. It is difficult to clean since it is so heavy. The Pros: Appealing Design, High-Quality Construction. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to clean. It seems well in large kitchens and commercial kitchens.
