Beautiful optics!! Kinda pricey and have not tried the heat part yet. Easy to install.

Great Fire-place Heater

so far, we absolutely love it! We like the fact that we can use just the lights without the heater in the warmer months when a heater isn't needed. The unit is completely silent. We're glad we made this purchase!

Solid purchase!

Packaged well and arrived quickly. I opened and tested immediately and was happy. Installed a week later and it's a nice attractive heat source for a rec-room.

Better than expected!

Happy with purchase thus far. Do have one issue, remote is not working. Issue with remote or sensor. Emailed company and they want to send a new remote but half a month back order..... Update: Received new remote. Everything works... remote issue and not a sensor issue in the unit. Now very pleased.

Always warm

This product gave us a pleasant surprise after a pleasant surprise. It was packed so well that it would probably be ok if it fell out of an airplane. Installation was easier than expected. But the best part is the number of settings and colors in the flame. I started with crystals and now switched to a log. Both are tasteful and a delight. I still can't believe the number of features and quality of esthetics for the price. As for the heat... If you want a heater to feel like a real fireplace when you sit next to it in a snowed-in cabin and it gently breathes warmth and comfort on you, you found your match. If you need a roaring furnace to heat up a mansion, it ain't it.
