    I would have given 5 stars if everything went perfectly

    Okay, so a few things here. Got this quickly. There was something I was unhappy about and contacted the seller, and that was the best experience ever. They didn't hesitate in the slightest to correct the issue on to the product. I had to wait a bit because I wanted it installed and recessed into my wall professionally. It was fairly easy to do but I didn't want to mess it up. All I can say is that it's beautiful! There is decent heat output. The colors are beautiful. Can't go wrong with this. I love it.

    The measurements were spot on! This was great as we built the framework from the measurement in the description. We’ve used it for 5 months with zero issues. The heat works great. No complaints from us, so far so good.
