Designed specifically for our builders and contractors, the Modern Flames 40-In Fantastic Flames Built-In Electric Fireplace gives the wonderful ambiance of a fire, in a stylish linear casing, but without added maintenance or upkeep for property owners. Our Builder 43 fireplace is designed for price and longevity. These non-heat models are 100% LED and only produce 25 watts in total electricity.

The fully recessed installation and nail flanges help to ensure the unit cannot be removed or manipulated by tenants. This guarantees your investment is securely protected. The all-LED lighting means the unit will never need additional servicing once installed, as each bulb has a usable life of over 70,000 hours. The fireplace is designed to be direct-wired to a light switch for easy on/off operation.
