How do I find my game’s Cabinet ID number (CID)?To find your game’s Serial Number (AKA Cabinet ID, Game ID or CID), access the operator menu from the main screen of the game (press the red button either inside the vault, or right under the front panel of your Home Edition). The 8-digit Serial number is displayed on the bottom right corner of the screen. Example: 12-345678
I have a Golden Tee FORE!, Golden Tee FORE! Complete, Golden Tee 3D or something from before 2005, can I still buy a software update for 2021? No. Only games on the Golden Tee Nighthawk platform can be updated. These include games within the Golden Tee LIVE series and Unplugged series, or games between approximately 2005-present. If you have an older game you must get up to our current platform in order to update. Incredible Technologies does not sell Kits to consumers.
Can I go Online with my Commercial game that I just bought and took home? Yes, but only Golden Tee Home Editions within the last 2 years are eligible to go online. Therefore, you must get your game converted and updated to the most current version, at which time you can call IT and subscribe to go online. Remember Home Edition conversion software will put the game into FREE PLAY ONLY.
Can I play Prize Play at home like I can in the bars? No, the GT Home Edition Online does not support Prize Contests like Golden Tee LIVE games do. Only games in commercial locations can access Prize Contest mode. You can play Stats Play and Glory Contest with the Golden Tee Home Online.
I have a Commercial game that I want to update at home and bring Online, but I want to be able to charge my friends for games.
Can I set my home game up to take money and use the dollar bill acceptor?No, by agreeing to purchase the Golden Tee Home Software you are agreeing to set your game into FREE PLAY mode ONLY, where the dollar bill acceptor will no longer function for Commercial purposes of collecting money for games. You would need to purchase the Commercial software for if wanting to charge money for games, at which time you WOULD NOT be eligible to activate the Home Online subscription with that game and could only run it offline.
How long does it take to receive my Home Edition software?To ensure quality, we ask for 3-5 business days after submitting an order to ship the software. IT will verify all information such as customer name, address, contact, and most importantly Cabinet ID. We will not send software out to arrive on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) as there will be no tech support here and the game could go down without support
.How do I get Online with my updated game? Simply contact Incredible Technologies with your Game ID number at hand, after you have installed the software, to start your Home Online subscription. It’s $9.95 monthly or $99.95 yearly and they will accept a Visa, Master, or Discover card for the subscription.
