Built with heavy-duty stainless steel, it features a spacious 33 inch depth for a larger cooking area, fully welded back and side splash guards, and a cool to the touch stainless steel front edge for safety. The easy to remove 4.5 quart grease drawer with weep hole ensures efficient cleanup, while adjustable non-skid stainless steel feet provide stability in any kitchen setup. Designed for natural gas with a standing pilot ignition system, this griddle also includes an LP conversion kit for added versatility, making it a reliable choice for restaurants, food trucks, and commercial kitchens.
