This one is terrific!! There is plenty of heat output for our basement family room to keep everyone warm while watching TV!! We all love this.
Overall, the flames appear excellent quality and provide a good effect. I really like it even though it was a little beat up when it arrived, with a few scratches on the glass and a broken piece of plastic holding the glass in, there were also few scuffs on the plastic, as if someone may have returned it before I got it. other than that, i have no more complaint. I like this stove, just so unfortunate to receive on with few scratches.
This stove will be VERY hard to beat for the money.
Easy to use, no smoke, has an afterburner that is really effective. I fill it full of wood, choke it down and go to work. 8hrs + later I come home, push the coals around, load it and it fires right back up. This stove gets hot and stays hot if your wood is dry like it should be. Glass stays very clean as well. Don't hesitate, this is a great stove!
Lots of heat
Excellent heat output. Warmth that lasts all night and is even. When the door is opened to load more wood, it frequently emits a lot of smoke into the space. Update: This is more sensitive to creosote buildup and chimney restrictions than our last stove. Once we cleaned the chimney it solved the smoking problems and now works great. This also helped burn more efficiently so the glass stays cleaner.
Great heat, good quality.
This unit heats my entire 1500 square foot house to 50 degrees on a chilly winter night when I put a typical load of seasoned oak. I switch off the heating system. and place a large pan of water on top to act as a humidifier that will steam all night. The heat shields protect the wall behind it 18" away and I didn't even do anything on the regularly painted sheetrock. The wall is warm to touch when the stove is at maximum heat but the wall is not hot. Get this on sale and you'll have a lot of value for your money, or you can also ask for a discount just like what I did.

4. Please be ready to submit evidence by taking photos of your item(s) if we request that of you via email, in case we need more context of your situation. Please expect us to request 3-5 images, clearly highlighting issue/damage of the product.
5. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping even if they chose free shipping at checkout. The only instances in which customers do not have to pay for return shipping is if the item arrives damage upon arrival (see more information down below) or there was any fault on our behalf (we will contact you via email under specific circumstances at all times).

What Happens If...
I want an exchange? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Usually, returns take 5-10 business days to receive to us. To speed up your process of exchange, you can email us and notify us of your situation. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to get back to you.
Once we have responded, you can notify us that you returned the item back to our return address (see below) and provide us with your tracking number. Once your tracking number is verified to our return address, we'll process your refund earlier, so you can avoid waiting the additional 5-10 business days of transit. Change of mind?

I received a Faulty/Item(s) that break?

Once your evidence has been identified and approved, we will send you back a replacement item(s) the following business day. If for any reason you have used the product and our item turned faulty or it broke for any reason, we have a 180 day warranty period after you receive your item to return the item back to us and we'll send you a replacement item with no additional fees.
Return label costs will be covered by InnovDepot and it usually takes about 5-10 business days for your replacement to arrive to you after your order is returned to us and processed by our team. Once the 180 warranty period is over (starting when the item says delivered on the tracking history), we will be unable to offer any refunds if your item becomes faulty or breaks.
I received the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong product, and you do not wish to keep your item, please contact us immediately and do not use use or open item from its original packaging.
Email us immediately and please be ready to submit evidence of the wrong product sent to you if we were to request evidence from your behalf. We usually respond within 24-48 hour.
If and when approved (usually 1-2 business days), you will be receiving a shipping label (provided by us) and we will send you the correct item back the following business day. Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive, depending on your specific location.
My product never arrived?
Please allow up to 5-10 business days after your tracking code on our system has been updated for your item to arrive to you. In other words, please wait 5-10 business days after you receive an email from us saying your item has been shipped to you, before starting your count. In addition, please go to your email and search our email address "firstname.lastname@example.org" to see if we contacted you on shipping delays. Please also check your spam folder.
If you have not received any shipping delay emails from us, and it has been more than 10 business days since the tracking code has been updated from an email you received, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll get it sorted out with you by locating your package for you.
If the package says "Delivered" and the zip code address matches your zip code, please check and ask your neighbors or check any areas you may have missed or where the postal service could have dropped off your package. If you still are unable to find traces of your item, we will give you aone-timefree pass and we will ship a replacement item back to you. However, if we start noticing a pattern of suspicious activities coming from you or your address, we have the right to deny your request after your one-time pass.

This product is fantastic! I put it in a 12 by 16-inch shed, and it heats it up to the point where windows must be opened. Additionally, it has a highly sturdy and high-quality MADE IN CANADA structure. The stove's base now has bricks on it. The client service was outstanding as well.
