(1)This appliance is officially tested and certified by an independent agency.
(2)Values are as measured per CSA B415.1-10, except for the recommended heating area, hopper capacity, maximum burn time and maximum heat input rate. Results may vary depending on pellet quality, density, length, and diameter.
(3)Grades of pellet fuel are determined by organizations such as Pellet Fuels Institute (PFI), ENplus and CANplus.
()Recommended heating area and maximum burn time may vary subject to location in home, chimney draft, heat loss factors, climate, fuel type, feed rate, fuel level, and other variables. The recommended heated area for a given appliance is defined by the manufacturer as its capacity to maintain a minimum acceptable temperature considering that the space configuration and the presence of heat distribution systems have a significant impact in making heat circulation optimum.
(4)Based on the maximum burn-rate and a dry energy value of pellet at 8,600 BTU/lb.
(5)As measured per CSA B415.1-10 stack loss method.
(6)Efficiency based on radiated and delivered heat when allowing cycling from high to low burn to simulate thermostat demand. LHV % is based on manufacturer’s estimation.
(7)Higher Heating Value of the fuel.
(8)Lower Heating Value of the fuel.
(9)Performances based on a fuel load prescribed by the standard at 7 lb/ft³ and with a moisture content between 19% and 25%.
(10)Optimum overall efficiency at a specific burn rate (LHV).
(11)The optimum heat transfer efficiency is for the low burn rate (using HHV) and represents the appliance’s ability to convert the energy contained in the wood logs into energy transferred to the room in the form of heat and does not take into account the chemical losses during combustion.
(12)Carbon monoxyde.
(13)Unless stated otherwise, measures were taken directly at the main power source and include all electrical components present in the appliance.

My experience with the seller were excellent. Since the stove was being delivered across the country and we are in the thick of winter in Ohio, I was worried about the delivery schedule. My questions were promptly answered by the vendor, who also promised that the stove would be delivered to me within a week of the payment clearing. They were entirely correct.

Great stove upgrade
I'm in paradise. To be clear, we replaced a machine that was 25 years old and had no automated features. You needed to fill the feeder with pellets, apply the gel, wait, ignite it, and wait some more. Then you had to shut the lid, turn on the feeder, and pray it lighted. In addition, there were only 4 possible pellet feed settings; there was no thermostat or remote. This is a major upgrade.

Easy to use and clean
Running it is simple to do. Simply press the power button, wait around ten minutes, and the device will continue to operate. The ash pan is large enough to only need to be emptied once or twice a month, and cleaning it is quite easy.

Better than a wood stove
Only cadet heaters and an outdated wood fireplace were there in the new home I just bought, so I decided on a pellet stove because it was less work than the wood fireplace and more cost-effective than the cadet heaters. I did some local shopping after looking online and discovered a wide range of options, but I was shocked to find that even the most basic models were priced at $4000 or more, so I just went back online to do more research. I came across Drolet and chose to go with it because it is a well-known brand and has positive reviews. I am contented overall and would suggest this unit.

Heats well
The appliance appears to be well-built and not overly contemporary. The capability for heating is excellent. For a lazy guy like myself, cleaning is a tremendous chore.
