Shipping & delivery on this item
- Leaves the warehouse in 3–5 business days. You get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Then 5–10 business days in transit. Times vary by distance and weight.
- Ships from a US warehouse. Carriers are UPS, USPS or FedEx, or a freight carrier on large items.
- This is a freight item. The carrier calls you to book a delivery appointment before it arrives. Delivery is curbside — plan to have help or equipment to move it, and note that installation is not included.
- Inspect it before you sign. If anything is damaged in transit, email support@innovdepot.com the same day with photos (we usually need 3–5) and we replace it.
- We cannot deliver to a PO Box.
