1. What does InnovDepot sell?

InnovDepot is an authorized online dealer for professional-grade automotive equipment, industrial tools, and material handling solutions. We carry car lifts (two-post, four-post, scissor), alignment machines, tire changers, wheel balancers, pallet jacks, forklifts, frame racks, mini skid steers, and more from brands like AMGO, Katool, Atlas, EKKO, ApolloLift, CEMB, and Triumph.

2. Are your products authentic and brand new?

Yes. Every product we sell is 100% authentic, brand new, and ships directly from the manufacturer or their authorized US warehouse. We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on most major equipment orders to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. Car lifts, alignment machines, and heavy equipment ship via freight carrier to your commercial address or job site. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

4. How long does shipping take?

Most orders leave the warehouse in 2 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 10 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

5. Can I pick up my order from a warehouse?

Yes. Pickup is available on items that show a Warehouse Pickup option on the product page, mostly Katool and Triumph. We email the address after you order.

6. What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies (Atlas: up to 30%), a 3% card fee is taken from refunds, and you pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Contact us before returning. Full details: Return Policy.

7. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products include the full manufacturer warranty, which varies by brand and product category. Most car lifts include a 1-3 year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Specific warranty details are listed on each product page.

8. Do you offer financing?

9. Do I need a professional to install my equipment?

We strongly recommend professional installation for car lifts, alignment machines, and other heavy equipment. Improper installation can void the manufacturer warranty and create safety hazards. Many of our supplier partners can recommend certified installers in your area.

Kitchen remodel decision matrix: Bosch SHXM4AY55N at $749 vs this Thor HDW2401SS at $1,104. Paid more for the Thor because we were going all-Thor in the kitchen and wanted brand consistency. Replacing 15-year-old GE — no regrets

Mom of 3, this dishwasher saved my sanity

I have three kids ages 4, 7, and 11. Our old Frigidaire was loud enough to wake the baby from nap and still left glasses cloudy. Switched to this Thor TDW24C7 last fall and everything changed. When ordering make sure to ask for a detailed instructions. They do have them just not sent with lifts. If having delivered to a residential address, make sure you let them know the trucking company needs to let you know the day and a guesstimate of time when delivery will be.
