Equipment Delivery FAQ | Shipping, Freight & What to Expect

Buying a car lift, alignment machine, or heavy equipment online means your order ships via freight — not UPS or FedEx. This page covers everything you need to know about the delivery process so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Freight delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window (usually a 4-hour block). Someone must be present to sign for the delivery and inspect the shipment for damage before signing the bill of lading.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect the packaging BEFORE signing. If you see visible damage, note it on the bill of lading and take photos. Contact InnovDepot immediately at (866) 412-1837 and we will handle the claim and replacement process for you.

Will the driver bring the item inside?

Standard freight delivery is curbside only — the driver delivers to the end of your driveway or loading dock. For items over 300 lbs (car lifts, heavy ranges), plan to have help or equipment available to move the item to its final location. We recommend arranging a forklift or pallet jack for car lift deliveries.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?

We currently ship to the lower 48 U.S. states. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders, please call us at (866) 412-1837 for a custom shipping quote.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes. Warehouse pickup is available at no charge. Select "Warehouse Pick-Up" at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready. You will need a vehicle capable of transporting your item (truck or trailer for car lifts).
