The service from InnovDepot was excellent. There were some issues with the trucking company not delivering the order the day it was expected. Innovdepot stayed in contact with the trucking company and kept me up to date. Innovdepot was proactive in every area of my order. From the time of my first contact with them to the follow up after delivery, they stayed in contact and made sure everything went as it should. The hoist I ordered arrived in perfect shape and was exactly as they stated it would be. Innovdepot answered my questions quickly throughout the process. Any time Innovdepot has a product I need, I will be ordering it from them!

Bought after research, really happy

Kitchen remodel decision matrix: Bosch SHXM4AY55N at $749 vs this Thor HDW2401SS at $1,104. Paid more for the Thor because we were going all-Thor in the kitchen and wanted brand consistency. Not disappointed. 45 dBA is quiet but not silent — think refrigerator hum. Cleans spectacularly. Energy Star rating matters for our all-electric utility.

No more overhead microwave reaching

My wife is 5'2" and was tired of reaching up over the range to pull out hot pasta. We moved the microwave to a drawer under our island. This Capoliveri fits the 24-inch cabinet opening perfectly. Clean integrated look for our custom hood

We built a custom oak cabinet over our range and wanted a liner that disappeared inside. This XLH36 was perfect for the job — stainless liner, powerful motor, gesture controls (so no hunting for buttons buried behind cabinet face). Contractor installed in half a day. Replacing 15-year-old GE — no regrets

We bought our house in 2010 and the builder-grade GE hood finally gave up the ghost. My wife wanted black appliances for our new kitchen remodel and this was the only 30-inch pyramid we could find in matte black. Installed it myself on a Saturday — took about 3 hours including running the new 7-inch duct. The 800 CFM is overkill for our small kitchen but that means we never have to run it on high. Neighbors asked where we got it when they saw it.

Small kitchen, quiet dishwasher = dream combo

Live in a 650 sqft condo in Seattle with open-concept kitchen/living. My old dishwasher was unbearable during Netflix nights. This Forno Pozzo at 45 dBA is genuinely the quietest appliance we own. Mom of 3, this dishwasher saved my sanity

I have three kids ages 4, 7, and 11. Our old Frigidaire was loud enough to wake the baby from nap and still left glasses cloudy. Switched to this Thor TDW24C7 last fall and everything changed. At 47 dBA I genuinely forget it's running. The Open Dry function actually dries plastic — my old dishwasher required towel-drying every single Tupperware lid. The third rack is perfect for our long cooking utensils and baby bottles. My husband didn't want to spend the money but it's one of our best purchases this year.

When ordering make sure to ask for a detailed instructions. They do have them just not sent with lifts. If having delivered to a residential address, make sure you let them know the trucking company needs to let you know the day and a guesstimate of time when delivery will be.

Doing a kitchen refresh in our 1960s ranch. Went all-in on Forno because we liked the European look at an American price. This Pozzo dishwasher fits the aesthetic perfectly and cleans well. 14-place setting is useful when we host. Delivery was smooth and the installer said Forno has been his favorite mid-tier brand for quality lately.

Contractor recommended — now I know why

We were between Bosch, Miele, and Thor for our kitchen remodel in Austin. Our contractor (who installs appliances for a living) told us Thor has been punching above its weight the last few years and that parts are easier to source than European brands. He installed this one in 2 hours. Four months in and we couldn't be happier. The wine glass bracket is brilliant — we've broken zero wine glasses since, which wasn't true of our old Bosch.

Espresso black matches our two-tone kitchen

We did a two-tone kitchen — white uppers, dark walnut lowers. I wanted everything below the counter to be dark. This Forno Capoliveri Espresso Black is perfect. The black isn't glossy, it's more of a semi-matte that doesn't show fingerprints. Guests always ask 'wait, your microwave is a drawer?' It's a real conversation starter. Performance is as good as our old countertop Panasonic.

Black finish finally looks pro-grade

Interior designer here — I spec'd this for a client's Brooklyn brownstone renovation. They wanted the Wolf matte black look without the $4K price tag. Found this Thor at InnovDepot and it delivered. The black coating is even and matte (not glossy, not cheap looking). Client cooks serious Asian food — lots of wok hei and heavy stir fry. First week she messaged me saying it's the first hood that actually clears her kitchen. Already specifying it for another project.
